Sailing & Dinghy Boots

Footwear for wet decks, from neoprene dinghy boots to coastal sea boots, in past-season stock from Zhik, Rooster, Musto and Slam. Dinghy boots are thin neoprene with a grippy sole and enough ankle structure to load a hiking strap or toe strap without pain — they are meant to be wet inside. Coastal and offshore boots are the opposite: waterproof, taller, worn over warm socks, and chosen for grip on a heeled, wet deck. Match the boot to the boat; a sea boot in a dinghy is as wrong as neoprene on a night passage. Rinse neoprene boots after sailing and dry them fully open, or they will announce themselves in the car.
